Pricing & Billing
We use quote-based pricing for AI-enabled software implementation and ongoing management. We do not publish a standard price list, fixed package tiers, or per-seat rates. Instead, we build a written quote around how your business operates, the systems you need, the volume of AI activity, and the level of ongoing support required.
What your quote includes
Every quote is organized into four parts:
- Software subscriptions (monthly): The platforms your systems run on, including AI phone software, search tools, and back-office software. We set these accounts up under your business and manage the accounts for you.
- Implementation/build (one-time): The initial configuration and launch work. This includes configuring the tools, connecting systems, writing AI scripts, testing the setup, and getting everything live.
- AI usage (monthly): The AI credits used for calls answered, follow-ups sent, and other tasks handled by the systems. The allowance is sized to your business volume so the quote reflects expected usage.
- Ongoing management (monthly): Monitoring the systems, fixing issues, improving performance, making changes when needed, and sending a monthly report on system activity.
Setup and ongoing costs
The implementation fee is paid once at setup. The remaining quoted costs are recurring monthly charges.
We bundle the monthly software, AI usage, and management components into one flat monthly investment, so you can see the ongoing amount before you commit.
We do not bill by the hour, and our public pricing information does not identify additional surprise charges. The written quote is intended to show the full investment for the systems and service we propose.
We do not list dollar amounts publicly. Your price is determined after we understand how customers find you, how transactions happen, where your time goes, which tools need to be connected, and how much AI activity you expect.
Quote process
The first step is a short call of about 20 minutes. We use the conversation to understand your operation, explain what we would build, and prepare a quote for the systems you need. The call and quote have no cost and no obligation.

Scoping and business case
You can engage us for one system or for a broader implementation, depending on your business needs.
As part of the quote process, we work with you on a business case so you can decide whether the investment is worth it. If the investment is not worth it yet, we can help you understand what point in your growth will make it worthwhile.
Billing cycle and payment terms
Our public pricing information identifies software subscriptions, AI usage, and ongoing management as monthly charges, with the implementation fee paid once at setup.
We do not publicly specify:
- Recurring billing date
- Invoice schedule
- Payment due date
- Accepted payment methods
- Taxes
- Late-payment charges
- Minimum commitment
- Automatic-renewal terms
Cancellation, refund, and financing terms are also not published.
Before signing an agreement, ask us to confirm:
- Required cancellation notice
- Whether monthly service can be stopped at any time
- How unused AI credits are handled
- Whether the one-time build fee is refundable
- Whether payment plans or financing are available
What is not priced as a standard tier
We do not present public feature tiers or a standard per-seat pricing model. The scope is tailored to the business.
Depending on your needs, the quote may cover systems for getting found by AI, answering calls, and running operational processes such as payroll, scheduling, and hiring.
The specific software, usage allowance, implementation scope, and management coverage should appear in your written quote.
Systems are expected to go live within a few weeks after the build begins, subject to the agreed scope and implementation requirements. We test the setup before launch and continue monitoring it through the monthly management service.
