Hours & Availability
Published availability
We work with local service businesses across Canada and begin engagements with a short introductory call.
- The call takes about 20 minutes.
- There is no cost or obligation.
- The purpose is to understand how your business operates, how customers find you, and where your time is being spent.
We do not currently publish regular operating hours, a timezone, or fixed weekday availability for onboarding calls.
To see available appointment times, use the Book a call option on our website:
Book a callOnboarding and implementation window
Our onboarding process follows four stages:
- We talk: We hold an introductory call to understand your operation and requirements.
- We build: We configure and connect the software selected for your business.
- We launch: We test the setup and bring the systems live. The stated implementation timeline is a few weeks, depending on the work required.
- We manage: We monitor the systems, make improvements, handle changes, and provide a monthly report.
These stages describe the sequence of an engagement, but they do not establish public service hours or a guaranteed response window for each stage.
We have not published a separate schedule for onboarding support, implementation questions, launch support, or ongoing account management.
After-hours support
We are on call 24/7 for customer support.
We have no closure days.
We are available at all times for priority support.
Service level agreements (SLAs) are included as part of the contract agreement.
We have not published an after-hours contact policy, emergency support process, or response-time commitment.
For time-sensitive questions about a project or a live system, use the contact method provided during onboarding.
Holidays and seasonal scheduling
We have not published holiday closures, holiday response times, or a calendar of reduced availability.
We also have not published seasonal operating notes identifying slower periods or busy periods for onboarding, implementation, launch, or account management.
Because the work involves software configuration, testing, and ongoing monitoring rather than a stated walk-in service window, appointment availability may need to be confirmed for your specific project.
The published information does not promise same-day responses, weekend availability, or coverage on statutory holidays.
What to confirm before booking
When you schedule an introductory call, confirm the appointment time and timezone shown in the booking flow.
If your project has a deadline, ask us to confirm:
- Expected onboarding start date
- Expected launch window
- Support coverage during testing
- Availability around any holidays or seasonal constraints
We provide a written quote before work begins, and the initial conversation is free with no obligation.
