## What we do

We help local service businesses get found when prospective customers ask AI tools who to choose. Our AI Search offering is part of our Get Found by AI system. The focus is on helping your business appear in conversations happening through ChatGPT and Google's AI, where customers may be looking for a local provider.

We set up the search tools that support your business and manage the related accounts under your business. You do not have to coordinate with separate software vendors for the implementation. Our role is to configure and connect the tools that fit how your business operates, then keep the system managed after launch.

AI Search is intended for local service businesses, including companies in property and outdoor services, home trades and contracting, food and hospitality, beauty and wellness, automotive, and professional services.

Examples of relevant local services include:

- Snow removal
- Arborist services
- Irrigation
- Fencing and decks
- HVAC
- Nail salons
- Restaurants

## What the engagement includes

Our AI Search work sits within a broader AI-enabled software implementation. The engagement may include:

- Setting up the search tools used by your business
- Connecting the selected tools with the rest of the operating system we build for you
- Configuring the implementation around how customers find you and how your business transacts
- Testing the system before it goes live
- Monitoring and improving the system after launch
- Providing a monthly report on what the systems are doing for you

The public service description does not specify a fixed list of AI platforms, a guaranteed placement or recommendation position, a standard audit format, or a universal set of search-optimization deliverables. We establish the appropriate scope after learning how your business works.

## How we work

### 1. We talk

We start with a short conversation about how customers currently find you, how they transact with you, and where your time goes. This gives us the operating context needed to determine what should be built and connected for your business.

### 2. We build

We set up and connect the right tools for your business. The implementation is handled for you, including configuration and testing. You do not need to manage the technical setup yourself.

### 3. We launch

The systems are expected to go live in a few weeks. Before launch, we test the implementation and confirm that it works in the way your business works.

### 4. We manage

After launch, we monitor the system, make improvements, fix issues, and handle changes when something needs to be adjusted. We also send a monthly report covering what the systems are doing for you.

## Pricing and scope

We provide a written quote built around the systems and usage your business needs. The overall engagement has four pricing components:

- One-time implementation: The build itself, including configuring the tools, connecting them, writing required AI scripts, and getting the system live and tested.
- Monthly software: The subscriptions for the platforms used by the systems, including search tools. We set them up under your business and manage the accounts.
- Monthly AI usage: AI credits sized to the volume of calls, follow-ups, and tasks handled by the systems.
- Monthly management: Ongoing monitoring, fixes, tuning, improvements, and reporting.

The build fee is paid once at setup. The remaining charges are included in a flat monthly investment. We do not bill hourly, and the full number is provided before you commit. The quote is tailored to the systems and usage required rather than presented as one unspecified monthly price.
