# Acquisition & Marketing

We help local service businesses become easier to find and easier to contact by implementing AI-enabled software. Our acquisition system is built around three connected needs: getting found, answering every call, and supporting the operating systems behind the business.

## Getting found online

Our customer-acquisition offering includes a Get Found system designed for the way local customers now search.

- We focus on AEO (answer engine optimization) for AI assistants.
- We are not a traditional SEO agency.
- We set up search tools under your business and manage the accounts for you.
- We design the setup for customers who may ask ChatGPT or Google’s AI which provider to choose.

What is not specified in our current customer-facing service description:

- A customer-facing SEO checklist
- Target keywords
- Business-listing platforms
- Directory submission process
- Local ranking reports
- A review-management workflow

These details should be confirmed for each implementation rather than assumed.

## Turning interest into enquiries

We also set up software that answers every call. A missed call can mean a missed job, so the system is intended to respond when your team cannot.

- AI usage is sized to activity such as calls answered, follow-ups sent, and tasks handled.

What is not specified in our current customer-facing service description:

- A specific website chatbot
- A lead form
- A live-chat tool
- An email nurture sequence
- An SMS follow-up system
- A landing-page template
- A remarketing platform

If your acquisition plan requires any of these, we define the tools, ownership, messaging, routing rules, and reporting requirements in the quote.

## How to start

The first step is a short discovery call. We use the conversation to understand:

- How your business operates
- How customers find you
- How customers transact
- Where your time goes

We then show you what we would build and provide a written quote for the systems you need.

- The introductory call is approximately 20 minutes.
- There is no cost or obligation.
- The quoted work is intended to be specific rather than hidden behind a vague monthly amount.

## Implementation and ongoing management

Our process has four stages:

1. We talk: We learn how customers currently discover and contact you and where opportunities are being lost.
2. We build: We configure and connect the appropriate tools for your business. You do not need to handle the setup yourself.
3. We launch: The systems are intended to go live within a few weeks. We test them and adjust them to match how your business works.
4. We manage: We monitor the systems, improve them, address issues, and send a monthly report describing what they are doing.

The acquisition-related software may be part of a broader operating system that includes an AI phone and search tools.

## Pricing structure (what can be included)

Depending on what you need, an ongoing arrangement can include:

- A one-time implementation fee
- Monthly software
- Monthly AI usage
- Monthly management

AI usage is sized to volume, so the amount depends on activity. We provide the complete quote before you commit. Our published service description does not describe hourly billing for the ongoing arrangement.

## Information to confirm for a complete marketing plan

We have not documented the following items as part of a standard, customer-facing acquisition plan. If any are in scope for your build, they should be agreed during the discovery process:

- A marketing campaign calendar
- Paid-advertising channels
- Remarketing integrations
- A landing-page library
- A content hub structure
- SEO reporting cadence
- Local-listing ownership
- Review-response responsibilities

We also distinguish customer-facing acquisition work from internal training materials and from broader in-house marketing campaigns managed under Marketing & Brand.
